Destination Elopement to Sedona, Arizona

Sedona is a 2 hour drive south of the Grand Canyon south rim. It offers more than a dozen resorts, 600 Airbnb’s, 50+ restaurants, and several indoor wedding venues for your ceremony and/or reception. Cottonwood and Page Springs is 20 minutes south with numerous lodging & services for the budget minded. We have decades of exploration experience in Sedona and know all of the inside information. We specialize in the best locations for your dreams, be it a short walk from your car or an adventure hike or jeep ride. After a chat, we make suggestions for areas we think are a good match for you. We know lighting & locations. We offer photography only packages or an all-inclusive elopement package with both photographer and officiant, with a floral add-on option. There are 6 easy access locations for your ceremony, 2 handicapped locations and unlimited adventure locations if you are willing to hike or rent a jeep. Pink Jeep Tours offer a half-day wedding package, upon which we can supply your amazing photographer, Bon Miller.

Where do we hold our outdoor wedding reception?

Sedona has numerous locations to accomodate both indoor and outdoor wedding receptions. The Red Agave Resort has one of the best locations for your outdoor reception, based at the trail head for Made in the Shade and Slim Shady, very popular mountain biking trails. The Dancing Apache (DA) Ranch is a favorite, located in the wine country of Page Springs, perfect for those country folk who have furry friends. Some of the resorts in Sedona offer courtyards for outdoor receptions, including Seven Canyons, Enchantment, L’Auberge, Amara, Los Abrigados, Poco Diablo, Sky Ranch Lodge, Orchard Canyon, Creekside Inn and Tlaquepaque. Southwestern Wedding Catering in Cottonwood has some of the best catering at their new reception venue. The Agave of Sedona is a full service wedding venue that accommodates indoor wedding receptions & outdoor ceremonies.

Do we need a shuttle for our guests?

Most outdoor elopements on the Sedona red rocks begin at a trail head. Parking is very limited and sometimes nearly impossible during sunset hour. A shuttle is required for any elopement at Cathedral Rock, Back O’ Beyond parking lot. For more shuttle info, Click here.

Do we need a caterer or can we go to a local restaurant?

A limited number of restaurants in Sedona will take large groups upon reservation. Southwestern Weddings offers both catering and in-house seating. Mariposa offers an event room for approximately 20 guests. The Orchard Canyon has a lodge-restaurant onsite as well.
